Meet Expectation
Sportsmanship and Personal Conduct Athletes are ambassadors. Your conduct and attitude are a reflection of you, your family, coaches, teammates, and school. Represent them all in a positive sportsmanlike manner with excellence and integrity.
No one person is above the team. Everybody on the team is important.
On MEET Day:
Meets will start at 5:00 PM and each group will start after 15 minute increments. (The order will be - 7th Girls, 7th Boys, 8th Boys, 8th Girls)
8th Grade will leave during 8th period. 7th Grade will leave at 4:15 PM sharp!
Equipment Good: Running shoes are a must. They help you stay injury free. Please dress for the weather.

- Have a positive attitude and support, encourage, and congratulate your teammates.
- Respect your teammates and coaches. Listen when coaches are speaking.
- Always display good sportsmanship to the other team. Congratulate and encourage your competitors. Respect their effort for they go through the same things you do.
On MEET Day:
- Athletes are expected to travel on the bus to meets with a mask on.
- Parents will have to sign out their child at meets electronically. QR code will be assigned at a designated area to sign out. Letters from parents giving permission to ride with someone else will need to be communicated with coaches.
- If you are unable to pick up your child at the meet, a bus will return to KMS. Please pick up your child at KMS.
- Bring snacks and bottled water for after the race.
- Athletes must wear their team uniforms when running the meet.
